Sign in with your email address. If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.

How do I switch accounts?

Click on your account name — it has a small arrow beside it — to open the account switcher. On desktop it is in the bar at the top of the screen. On mobile you will find it in the greeting on the home screen and on Your Account.

How do I change my password?

Go to Your Account, then Security. You can also reset it from the sign-in screen using "Forgot password".

How do I add a user?

Go to Your Account, then Your Team, and click Add Team Member. Your Team is only shown to account managers — if you cannot see if, ask whoever manages your account, or contact us.
